Steptoe & Johnson + MVB Bank to Announce at WestRidge Corporate Park

WestRidge is pleased to announce the first two tenants at WestRidge Corporate Park:  Steptoe & Johnson, PLLC and MVB Bank, Inc. Both tenants are looking forward to joining our welcoming, well-landscaped Corporate Park campus, thoughtfully master planned as a modern suburban office park. Each of the tenants had unique requirements for the branding, finishes and function of their well-planned office space within WestRidge Corporate Park Buildings No. 1 and 2.

Steptoe & Johnson, a law firm nationally recognized for its strengths in energy law with more than a century of know-how in the areas of business, employment, and litigation, will relocate and expand their Morgantown offices to occupy nearly 40,000 SF in WestRidge Corporate Park Building 1.

WestRidge’s design and development team worked closely with Steptoe & Johnson’s program architect to ensure that the firm’s branding elements were incorporated into the design – and that the firm could count on the delivery of a first class, fully turn-key office environment.

MVB Bank, headquartered in Fairmont, West Virginia, will strengthen its presence in Morgantown through leasing just over 11,000 SF on the first floor of Building 2 for its banking operations center, to include mortgage officers, marketing, compliance, IT and finance and accounting functions.  MVB Bank’s footprint encompasses 15 locations, including 12 in West Virginia and three in Virginia.  MVB focuses on helping communities throughout north central WV meet their financial needs through providing a blend of the latest in banking technology and establishing trusted partnerships.

MVB’s new space will include a very open central office concept, along with private perimeter management offices and a large board room with an ample adjacent patio.

Both Steptoe & Johnson and MVB will be moving into their new locations at WestRidge Corporate Park during the first quarter of 2020.  Suites of up to 5,000 SF and 15,000 SF remain in these initial two buildings. Future buildings are currently in planning.
